Carn Euny Images
Carn Euny is the well-preserved site of an ancient village in West Cornwall near the landmark hill of Chapel Carn Brea. An unusual underground chamber at Carn Euny, called a fogou, is oriented towards the midsummer sunrise. A group of artists exhibited work inspired by Carn Euny from 18 to 23 June 2021 in Sancreed Village Hall, near Carn Euny. The work, in many different media, arose from a guided artists' walk arranged that year at Carn Euny by Mayes Creative.
